Futbolito is a soccer program that allows players between the ages of 2-10 to get acquainted with the game of soccer. Futbolito will assist in the players development of motor skills and physical fitness while learning the world's greatest sport. Futbolito has a non-competitive atmosphere and is fun. Players will learn the basics of soccer and have the opportunity to continually challenge themselves through the different phases of class.
Each player in phases 1,2,3 will receive a t-shirt and soccer ball for their first session, soccer bag for second session and soccer shorts for their third session.
Which class is right for my child?
~ ~ The class levels of our Futbolito program are based on age. Enroll your child in the appropriate class for their age. The proper class is determined by the child's age at the first class. If you have a question regarding which level is right for your child, please contact Brookfield Indoor, brookfieldindoor@ameritech.net.
Pro-rated Session Fee
~ ~ Pro-rated fees are calculated based on the number of classes remaining in the session, not the number of classes a child can attend. Payment is required for a class spot whether or not your child can attend every class. Therefore, classes can be pro-rated once the session is in progress, but not before the first class of the session. If your child cannot attend all classes within the session, you will be able to makeup that class based on available space.
Make up Classes
~ ~ We understand that there are times that your child might be unable to attend a class. Contact us via e-mail (brookfieldindoor@ameritech.net) to schedule a make up class. If appropriate make up times are not available before the end of the session, a refund will not be given for the missed class. Make up classes have no cash value and therefore cannot be applied toward future classes or transferred to siblings or other participants. Make up classes cannot be carried over to subsequent sessions.
Non-Participation/Refunds
~ ~ Our Futbolito coaches make every effort to encourage all children to take part in all field activities. If you find your child is not willing to participate in the classes (non-participation is defined as a child that refuses to come out on the field, not a child that is disregarding instruction from coaches or running around independently on the field) and you wish to withdraw, a credit voucher will be issued. The voucher is non-transferable. Credit vouchers must be requested no later than 48 hours after the 2nd class. A $20 administrative fee will be withheld from the amount of the credit voucher. The credit voucher has no cash value and is valid for 1 year from issue.
~ ~ No cash refunds will be offered after a session has started. If you find you cannot participate in a session, you may contact us within 72 hours before the first class for a cash refund. All refunds will incur a $20 administrative fee.
~ ~ After a session starts, any refund request due to special circumstances will be handled on an individual basis. A credit voucher will be issued for a future session. Only the unattended portion of a session will be credited based on the date of the withdrawal and notification. The date of the contact, e-mail or postmarked letter will be used to determine the official date of the request and determine the pro-rated amount of a credit. A cash refund minus a $20 administrative fee will only be issued in the case of a medical situation or a family relocation. The credit voucher will be valid for a period of 1 year from issue.
~ ~ In the event that a class does not meet the minimum requirement of participants (8), every effort will be made to place children in an alternate class. If there is no class to fit your schedule, a full cash refund will be issued.
