Each class will be designed to assist your athlete to improve their individual quickness, mobility, and flexibility. Soccer classes will work on fine-tuning players' foot skills and 1v1 moves. Ages 8 and Up
The Friday women's class will be a combination of individual and partner skill work culminating in a scrimmage at the end of each session. All Women and skill levels are welcome.
TOT and I will be a class that incorporates both parent, grandparent, nanny or any other adult child combination that is looking to workout together. The beginning and ending 15 minutes of every class will be a combination of both adult and child warming up and cooling down together. The 30 minutes in the middle of each class the adults and children will be separated to partake in separate fitness activities. Adults of any age and children 3 years of age or older.
